Each dimension scored 0–20 (higher = safer). A dimension with no information is scored neutral (10).

Prices are published for the INTRIX One Tap models (RM4,500 to RM7,500), the replacement filter (RM580) and the INTRIX Font (RM499), which helped the pricing score. The company has traded since 2013, is Malaysian-incorporated and has an official website. However, its KPDN direct-selling licence (AJL932456) expired on 2025-12-21, which lowered the transparency score. The product is a water-purification tap, and its own materials say "Removes bacteria, algae and some viruses while preserving natural minerals.", a performance claim that could not be verified from the listed facts. No regulator action was found and there are 0 verified community reports. Information is limited on the compensation plan, product registration and DSAM membership, so those areas were scored neutrally. Consumers should confirm the company's current licence status before buying or joining.
